Hello and welcome to Family Ties Behavioral Health LLC! My name is Shameka Woodley and I am the founder and owner of this organization. With over 21 years of experience in the mental health and behavioral health field, my passion lies in working with children who struggle with trauma, maladaptive behaviors, and mental health disorders.

 

I have worked in various settings such as group homes, residential treatment facilities, and foster parenting, gaining valuable experience in roles such as Direct Support Staff, Mental Health Technician, Registered Behavior Technician, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Behavior Technician.

 

In November 2022, I received certification as a Registered Behavior Tech and I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in behavioral health science with an emphasis on childhood trauma at Grand Canyon University (anticipated graduation in 2024).

 

As the Owner of Family Ties Behavioral Health LLC, my goal is to provide quality care and support for our clients by employing experienced and exceptional QMHP-A/C professionals.
